Chairman & Partner
Palle Viby, Chairman and Partner, has been part of Pronestor since 2012. Palle had a role as acting CEO until 2018 and has now dedicated his time to work with the strategic development of Pronestor together with the management team and board of directors. For more than 30 years, Palle has worked on a wide range of operationally, managerially and board of directors’ levels, developing and implementing growth strategies in Danish and Nordic companies. He holds a master’s degree in strategic planning from Copenhagen Business School.
Karsten Busck, joined Pronestor in January 2018 and serves as CEO responsible for driving Pronestor’s purpose, culture and growth. Prior to Pronestor Karsten was CEO in Userneeds. Karsten brings in 25 years of experience in leading teams and business and has held senior positions within sales and marketing in Mars, Dyrup and Lyreco. He holds a master degree within International Business from Copenhagen Business School.
CPO & Co-founder
Kasper Ullits Houlbjerg
Kasper Ullits, founder of Pronestor in 2001, started as developer and has for the past 20 years developed software solutions to improve workplace experiences. Today Kasper holds the title of Chief Product Officer (CPO) at Pronestor and he continues to optimize workplaces by helping companies worldwide adopt Pronestor’s innovative products. Kasper holds a master degree in Computing and Computer Science, and a Bachelor in Information Psychology from University of Copenhagen
Commercial Product Director
Anna Sloth Nicolajsen joined Pronestor in September 2014 and serves as Commercial Product Director. Anna is responsible for the implementations and on-going support for our customers - always ensuring that our customers are as happy as possible. Prior to Pronestor Anna worked in the credit and risk industry for 16 years, mainly within data and product management. She holds a BA in International communication from Copenhagen Business School as well as being educated within Process and Project management.
Chief Sales Officer
Daniel Haider became part of Pronestor April 2019 as CSO and is responsible for overseeing the commercial side of the business, including direct customer acquisition and retention as well as the global expansion of the commercial partner network. Daniel has a long track record within commercial oriented roles, both acting as sales leader and sales specialist. He holds two master degrees within international business; one from CBS and one from CEMS. His motto: “We need to put the customers’ perspective in focus”.
Rasmus' role as CTO includes management, development, professional back-and-forth with the development team and Product Manager. Rasmus is responsible for product launches, development of features and new releases, as well as the owner of the technical roadmap and platform. In addition to management, Rasmus also has the role of Senior Software Developer, where he actively participates in the development of Pronestor's solutions.
